Chances for Uconn and Umass?

-White male, MA Resident
-low 2.95 GPA, bad soph. year grades but upward trend since then, honor roll senior year
-all honors except English all 3 years, 4Ap’s
-140/256 in class
-1320 SAT and 31 ACT
-Good EC’s: Eagle Scout, class treasurer, stuco vp, 2 year varsity sailing, human rights club, community service

With such a low gpa, what are my chances at uconn and umass? I want to study business, but Both have more difficult business programs. I applied undecided to umass, and as a statistics major at uconn (part of NE regional program, gets discounted tuition since umass doesn’t offer stats).

Uhhh UMass offers stats so you would not get the discounted rate. Both are reaches.
