Did your two sisters go to the same high school? If so, how do their GPA compare to yours? Your GPA appears low for UMich which may be a problem for admission. Do you know roughly your class rank?
Two Sisters went to completely different HS. We do not have a weighting system for our GPA. I would estimate that I am in the top 40/400 students from my HS just based on the size of my AP classes and personal knowledge.
My course schedule is likely within the top 20 for most rigorous at my school.

Additional bit about my HS class. HS class is the highest performing class to come out of the school in 20 years and contains a magnet program that I am part of.
Your course rigor is good. It is just hard to gauge your GPA.
According to my handbook I fall in the top ten percent, but that is just a general guidelines that doesn’t really account for AP’s or the particulars of ones class, so I would put it closer to top 5 percent. Since Freshman year, I have taken six course per year (the max at our school) and only my foreign language classes and orchestra have not been honors or AP.
Then you should be fine. It is just your school that have tough grading curves. Your test score is above admission average. It would depend on your essays.
