What are my chances (safety,match,reach)?

Seattle University (in state)

University of Arizona

the kids who have gotten into both these schools in the past from my school have had lower gpas and similar sats. Can someone just confirm my chances on the two schools? Thanks so much.

... If you don't get into U of A, I think you should just go jump off a bridge. I know so many kids who don't even take any AP courses and get 3.0's and still get in. Even your SAT is normal for the school. nods

dont know bout the rest, but unless ur ranked top 10 percent osu is a huge reach because of your sat's. osu is all about ranking though so if you were top 10 you have a decent shot

i am really really hoping that i am ok there. My recs are amazing i know they take a good look at those and i go to a very competative public school in the area.

Anyone care to comment on my chances at Seattle U?

i did not feel right focusing on it for although i am Hispanic, culturally i am Greek bc my father was born there and we do lots of things "Greek". I am also an upper-class citizen and... ya its ok i just would not feel right bc it has not hindered my life in any way..

chance me at Seattle U anyone? i really want to get in!

good for you on not using urm if it doenst apply
Seattle:
Average HS GPA = 3.56/4.00
SATM: 85%>500, 41%>600, 7%>700
SATV: 87%>500, 44%>600, 10%>700
so other than your sats you are set...so id say your in

I think you have a good shot at Seattle U. I know several people that have lower grades than you and got accepted. Don't worry about it, Im sure you will get in.

umm i know that they take recs very seriously so i am hoping mine will do me justice.

one is from a 2001 grad who is my chem teacher who went there on a full ride for scholastics (she made her rec special in saying all that good stuff)

i think my essays are very good as well and i know they like those.

as for the SAT

my math is good middle 50%
