Chances for UofT, McMaster, John Hopkins?

Hello everyone!
I am currently a grade 11 student at a private boarding school called Ridley College.

I am looking to go into medicine or finance in the future, and I made this thread for medicine

The schools I am looking to get into are any of these:

John Hopkins
U of T
McMaster
McGill
UCBerkley
UCLA
Harvard
Stanford

I currently am taking these courses and ec's:

Ridley College (University Prep School)

Taking IB

Currently around high 6's/low 7's in IB (low to mid 90%'s) (around a 40 total)

Ridley-Public School change if I weren't in IB is around 8% (I had a 90% in grade 10, translated to a 98% in a public school)

Taking HL Business, English, and Chemistry

Have sports year round since grade 9, involved with rowing for 1st term, soccer for second term, racquet sport or soccer again for third (haven't chosen yet)

Own a company called ComputifyIT Design (specializes in computer builds, repairs, and website development.)

Co-Founder of a Volunteer Non-Profit Organization known as Niagara Action Kids

Black Belt in Karate

Certified Lifeguard and Level C AED/Defib usage

In the process of designing an Apple App for app store

Own and designed many websites

Volunteer weekly at Hospital, around 400 hours by graduation

Duke Of Edinburgh Gold Complete, awarded by member of Royal Family

Ridley College Cadet Core (Army Cadets): Doing Gold Star, complete Green Star, Red Star, and Silver Star. Gold Star is a very high rank only held by 10 or so students in the school

DONE!

Do you think this is enough for any of those schools?

Please take in account that you are not going directly into medicine. Biomedical science is the best fit for a pre-med.

U Toronto and McGill are not holistic. That said, here are my comments:

U Toronto: Will only take in account your best six 4U and 4M classes; I assume your best six 4U and 4M classes are over 90% average so I would consider U Toronto a low match.

McGill: Ridley College being a private school in Ontario, the Ontario standards apply to you. You need 4 classes at the 4U level, English, calculus, physics and chemistry. Biomedical is a match.

Harvard: Reach
Stanford: Reach
JHU: Score 31+ on the ACT or 2130+ on the SAT and it becomes reachable
McMaster: Safety

I wonder how 4U and 4M classes would stack up at UCB and UCLA; they’d calculate a GPA of their own, taking into account that your best eight honors/IB/AP courses are up one grade point. But, at these schools, provided that you can afford to attend full-pay, scoring 31+ on the ACT/2130+ on the SAT would make you a match for those places.

Sorry, when you say “reach”, what do you mean by that? Thanks!
Do you mean it is in my reach? Or out of it?
