Chances for UPENN, UMICH, others?

Heading into my senior year, I've pinned down the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Michigan as my top two, though I'm also interested in:
Carnegie Mellon
Johns Hopkins
Duke
University of Chicago
UNC

I plan on majoring in Actuarial Science at UMICH, major in math with minor in actuarial science at UPenn, and math major with minor in statistics or something at the others (more interested about the first two.)

Applying ED to UPenn.

White male from Pennsylvania.

SAT-2130 (730 math, 710 writing, 690 CR) I'm probably going to re-take it to shoot for 2200ish.
SAT subject tests will be Math II and possibly US History or French.
GPA- 4.0 Unweighted, weighted 4.5ish
AP Classes- 11th grade: US History, Statistics, Calculus AB
12th grade: Gov, Calculus BC, French
All the rest of my classes were honors classes.
Class Rank- By the end of senior year, 2nd or 3rd out of about 400

ECs:
Academic team - 4 years (JV Captain 10th, 11th grade; Varsity Captain 12th grade)
Future Business Leaders of America - 4 years (Vice President 12th grade)
French Club - 2 years (President 12th grade)
School Musical - 4 years
Student Ambassadors - 2 years
Student Forum - 2 years
NHS 2 years
I've done choir all 4 years.
Participating in a very time consuming musical production this summer.

Volunteering- 20 volunteer hours at a soup kitchen, 150 volunteer hours at an underprivileged kids camp associated with the soup kitchen.

Recs will be quite good, I think. One from my 10th and 12th grade English teacher and Academic Team coach who knows me very well and will be able to speak for my character. The other from my 11th grade statistics teacher who will be able to speak for my statistics abilities.
Essays will be above average, I hope. My English teacher loved my common app essay, so I'm just going to assume for now that my supplemental essays turn out just as well.

Other:
National Merit Semi-Finalist, hopefully eventually a finalist.
Semi-Finalist in the Ayn Rand Institute "Anthem" Essay Contest
Two grandparents went to UPENN. Neither is a significant contributor, so I doubt this will help any, it at all.

Thanks in advance for any feedback you all can give!

Bump. Any thoughts?

Nobody’s interested in chancing me? I feel like this thread would be a failure without ANY chances…

Hmm haven’t given up yet

UNC, carnegie mellon, michigan, and chicago are probably well within the realm of possibility given you wrote a good essay. UPenn, duke, and johns hopkins are verging on being reaches… Any other hooks? Are you in-state for any of these colleges?

They are all reaches. Not that your stats are bad, but ivy league and top admissions are a crapshoot. Most definitely apply to all, because I truly feel you will get into atleast one of the top ones, but please have safeties. Keep up the good work and good luck!
