USC Viterbi: Aim for 31+/2100+

Is Alabama no good for engineering or it is your planned safety?

I want to be a biomedical engineer, so my back up is UAB (birmingham)

^

USC does not have ED or EA. They also do not have a waiting list.

USC has no early decision, or even early action. But, by all means, apply at USC as early as you would if it actually had EA/ED.

Well, USC sorta has EA, as the top 3% get their admission decisions in late January if they applied by December 1.

As people said, USC Viterbi is pretty selective. Higher testing necessary. I can assure you that USC does not have EA or ED. However, if you apply in a timely fashion (I think before January) then you are up for merit scholarship and you will be notified if you got one in winter, which indicates that you would have gotten into the school.

Also, I see you listed your race as Persian. Note that on SAT and Apps middle eastern is lumped in with the ‘White’ category. Also, this doesn’t really set you apart much at USC because there’s a significant Persian population in Los Angeles, many of which will be applying to USC. They have quite a Persian community at the school itself.

Best of luck!
