Hmm, I'd say slight reach, but your ECs are pretty good. So high match, probably. Maybe a match.

any more opinions?

Your ec's are fine. Write strong essays, and for OOS you need a 4.2 UC GPA and bring your ACT up to a 32-33 to say "match." Don't forget your SAT II's! Good luck!

oos is always a crap-shoot. you can have better then the averages and still not get in. try and raise those scores as much you can, write killer/unique apps, and cross your fingers.

Leadership counts, too. Make sure you're not just a participant in all of your activities.

doesn't being the VP of two clubs count for anything at all? I'm not being snotty, although it sounds like it, but I'm just wondering if that helps at all or do you only have to be president for it to be meaningful?

any true leadership position is meaningful. it demonstrates that extra commitment and passion.

Good grades, decent ACTs, I think you have a chance. Only a few hours until you find out right?

No, if you read his post it is "projected grades for junior year"

You are in IB program, that will help a lot. You have a pretty good chance once you bring your ACT score up even more (obviously), and the personal statement (work on it one month ahead)
