intended major: international relations / Poli sci

Am I just looking up too high?
HELLLLPPPP MEEEEE

did you get in CMO?
provincial plaque/medal for COMC?
did you take Euclid?

fryer/galois/hypatia?

Ill be taking Euclid next Feb.
and I got a school champion medal from COMC, but not provincial.
our school does not recommend ppl to fryer/galois/hypatia contests.

from what your applying to, it seems your more liberal arts? and if so, why is your Math SAT score higher than your Critical reading and writing?

oh yeah, and I'd say you have a fairly good chance, meaning you are... competitive, I think. However, I'm not an admissions guy or whatever. I'm not even in gr.12 yet. I just based this on what others have said on others' chance threads.

oh yeah, and the book/website thing seems really impressive.

Thanks u§ername
i really appreciate ur comment.

anyone else?

I'd say

5% chance at HYPS
85% chance at cornell
40% at Columbia and UPenn
70% chance at Brown
90% chance at Amherst and Williams

coolness..... Cornell and HYPS has that big a difference? are you sure?

oh yeah.... sunni u play piano right? (lead pianist) so you surely have RCME certificates? put those down too. makes you look that little bit more impressive

Coolness might be a little off. You should have a slightly higher chance at HYPS.

Overall, your EC's are really good, mainly due to the fact you PUBLISHED a book. That is very impressive, despite your other EC's aren't that big. I'm SURE you'll get in at least 4 of your choice schools or even more. Publishing a book is VERY interesting and extremely unique.

i do have rcm certificates. I forgot about those. thanks username.
Thanks coolness and Elite for ur opinion.
It really helps a lot to hear others' thoughts on my outlook

Now i think I just gotta concentrate on getting the apps finished completely.
Procrastination sure doesnt get u that far..

Coolness is way off.

Harvard: 30%
Yale: 35%
Princeton: 35%
Stanford: 35%
Cornell: 70%
Columbia:50%
Penn: 55%
Brown: 55%
Amherst: 55%
Williams: 55%

I would add Dartmouth if you like Princeton, Brown, and AW. Its pretty much a combination of all of these and tends to be friendly to internationals. My bet is you get into one or more of these but you never know

thanks slipper!
I was wondering about Dartmouth too
I will look into that. Thank you
