I'm still getting mixed feedback regarding a 4th SAT. Should I take it again if i want to get in to the schools mentioned?

4th SAT is perhaps not necessary, and may look bad.

Academics:
Course load is good
Research load is good
SAT can improve, but not necessary
GPA is good. Class rank is good, not excellent though

Societies and clubs are good
Athletics is good
Volunteer is good
Awards is very good, but generic

I suggest you do something unique. Right now everything that you did seems pretty generic, sorry.

Columbia: Reach
Brown: Reach
Harvard: Reach
Yale: Reach
UPenn: Reach
NYU: Low Reach~Match
BC: Low Reach~Match

Define unique? any other opinions regarding chances if I ED to those places?

You can only ED to one school… Keep that in mind.

Well you have a lot of prizes, a lot of ECs, a lot of … stuff. But they are all things that other people have achieved, have done, and in great numbers (for Ivy League). Not saying that it is bad, but if you make the admission people feel that you are generic, they may not accept you that easily. You should try to make yourself stand out of the crowd through your essay.

Personally, I have tons of ECs, but I would rather cut 60% of them off and showcase the truly unique ECs that represent who I am. If you decide to show the admissions too much ECs, it’s not going to prove much to them, since everyone has those. Select the best to show…right now, for me, you seem to be all over the place and lack focus. I’m sure that’s not the case but you should still try to make your application gain coherence by allowing them to reflect who you are. For example, if you like history, focus on the history ECs and delete unnecessary ones.

Check out the ED admission rates for those schools. And times that by around 1.5. That should probably be around your chances at the moment. Not very sure though.
