Chances in Comp-Sci programs

Hey, I'm just wondering what you guys think my chances are at getting into the computer science program at UC Berkeley/UT Austin. I haven't taken any subject tests, which ones should I take?

SAT: 1960 (*and retaking in october)
No Subject Tests
ACT: 31
GPA unweighted: 3.6667
GPA weighted: 3.9
UC eligible GPA: 3.75

AP scores: 3 on APUSH, 3 on AP Chemistry

Current Senior course load:
AP Calculus AB
AP English Literature
AP Computer Science
Journalism
Kinesiology
Government/Economics
Film and video arts

ExtraCurriculars:
2 years as President of the Young Business and Entrepreneur's Club (4 years on the club)
(we fundraise and donate what is fundraised back into the community to places like homeless shelters, veterans hospitals, etc.)
1 year as VicePresident of the Music Appreciation Club (we bring music to the school on Fridays, introducing new local bands, etc...)
2 years as a Link Crew Leader (I mentor freshman and help guide them and answer their questions throughout their first year, sort of like a big brother program...)
2 years of National Honors Society
Close to 200 hours of volunteer service at a children's hospice/respite care facility where I help sick and dying children.
3 years on the school Badminton team
Currently writing for the school newspaper (1st year)

I think your GPA is right on the edge, but your test scores are well below-the-line for either UCB or UT. You really need 700+ on each section to be competative for those schools.

I would not submit any “3” AP scores as they will not help your cause.

Berkeley: Reach
UT-Austin: High match

Try UMass Amherst as well…

UCB: Reach
UT-Austin: High match (use ACT score).
