I am currently a junior in high school and I am taking the following courses:
AP Biology, AP US History, Latin Prose Honors, Pre-Calculus, Spanish 4 Honors and English 11 Honors. I have a 3.97 GPA as of right now (calculated at end of sophomore year, weighted) and I was accepted into my school's National Honor Society. I have a good amount of extracurricular activities, I am an officer in several clubs and I do volunteer work in school.

I guess this all sounds good, but the problem is I failed my AP Bio class final and so did most of my class (29 students total). I think that my year end grade for this class will be an F because my Final counts so much.. but I didn't mean to fail it and I did study hard for it. I think that I'll end up getting As for all my other courses except for AP Bio (an F) and I'm very very worried right now about not being able to go to college because of this F. I am a good student and I am going to take 4 AP and 2 regular level classes next year.. but I'm afraid that this bad grade in AP Bio will mess my chances into getting into college.

Are my chances really going to be low in getting into an Ivy League school or any regular college?
