Chances in the iveys?

I have always dreamed of getting into an Ivey League school, especially Yale or Harvard. Could someone please tell me my chances of getting in?

I am a junior in a public school in Arkansas. I have a 4.0 unweighted gpa and a 4.14 weighted. I am also #1 in my class of about 205. I took the ACT twice and made a 30. I have never taken the SAT.

I took Pre-AP English classes in 9th and 10th grade, English III comp in 11th, AP World History, AP US History, Chemistry, Pre-AP Physical Science, Trig/Pre-Calculus. I will probably take Physics next year and English IV Comp.
I am in National Honors Society, Key Club, French Club, National Society for High School Scholars, United States Achievement Academy Foreign Language and Leadership Awards winner, the National Honor Roll, along with a few other achievements I can't think of right now.

I have been in band since 7th grade and play alto saxophone in school where we play grade 4 and 5 music. I have never had a job, but I plan on getting one at a pharmacy this summer. I don't play sports, because I am not that athletically coordinated (I couldn't hit a ball if my life depended on it.)

I come from a financially lacking home where the total income is less than $40,000. I admit, I am also lacking in the leadership area, where I have never participated in student or club government.

I am a mostly white female with about 1/8 Cherokee.

What are my chances of going to:
Yale
Harvard
Brown
Columbia
Cornell
Dartmouth
Princeton
University of Pennsylvania
Stanford
Duke
??????

I can't guage my chances of admission, and I would also like some help in what to take as a senior to improve my chances.

Thanks so much.

Native American, I'd say you're well on your way to most if not all of them. Other than that, you look like pretty much every applicant to those schools. Do anything you can possibly do to stand out and you'll do fine with that list. You might want to look into the schools a little deeper though, and pick out the ones that appeal to you, instead of just going for Ivies because they're Ivies. Throw in a couple of safeties and you're set.

I don't think being 1/8 cherokee is enough to be in the nation?

ivy********** thought u should be aware is all

I do plan on applying to "safety" state schools like ASU as well, but I wanted to know my chances at getting in to those "dream schools". Thanx.

I think 1/8 is the cutoff.

yeah...just a typo...but original :)

hun, u put it twice. once is a typo, twice means you don't know now to spell it. but its ok, no ones is perfect.

lol know *how to spell it

sorry for the fib...i have trouble accepting and admitting my mistakes
just something i kinda need to work on

1/16 is cutoff for race i heard

I believe I read in The Bean Trees that it was 1/4. May not be a reliable source tho. You may find the info here: http://www.cherokee.org/Culture/Culture.asp
