Chances//Johns Hopkins, Dartmouth, Ivies?

Hello! First I would like to thank in advance those who will take the time to give their opinion on whether or not I would be a good applicant for Johns Hopkins (dream school) or Dartmouth University. (or any of the ivies)

I’d say you have pretty good chances. That’s a great list of extracurriculars and a perfect GPA

@julianna2910 Your SAT score shows that your school may have some inflation. If you do get into johns hopkins, know that you will definitely not keep that 4.0 GPA. You’re a competitive applicant, which is all I can say.

would re-take SAT if you can and aim for at leas 2200+ (or ACT 34+). Everything else looks to be in good shape

I would also retake the SAT if I were you.

The only flaw is your SAT, which isn’t that bad. I wouldn’t be surprised if you got into at least one of the schools you mentioned (like Dartmouth and the lower tier Ivies like Brown and Cornell).

SAT is a pretty big flaw for you, but if you can’t retake then your ECs should still pull you through
