Alright, so, here it is. I'm a Hispanic female from California that is currently attending a small liberal arts college in Maine (Colby College). I'm entering my Sophomore year and my ideal situation would be getting into somewhere which allows me to enter in the Spring semester (fingers crossed). I guess my one stab-you-in-the-eye flaw academically is that mathematics is the bane of my existance. I'm also not really aware how much the extra-curriculars I participated in high school are really going to count anymore but... I'll list them anyways I guess? Heh.

Oh, and I'm an English major.

GPA: 4.01 (High School, W) ;; 3.01 (Colby)

SAT: 550 M ;; 710 W (12 Essay/63 MC) ;; 670 V

SAT II: 510 (Math 2C) ;; 720 (Literature) ;; 770 (Spanish)

My high school was affiliated with the state university in our city; it's located on the university campus, so, in other words... it's a charter school. So, I took courses at that university as part of both my high school curriculum as well as for state college credit. They were our APs, so to speak, since there were so few actual APs offered.
