Summer Business Internship

I think that's basically what the college admissions will see, but my extra-cirriculars are a lot better than what I've entered. I expect really good recommendations from a Harvard graduate and possibly a CEO of a company.

I am also from a low income family.

What are my chances at UCLA/UCB/NYU/Claremont Mckenna?
What other good colleges should I be considering?
How much would an internship/job affect my chance at an admission?

Claremont McKenna seems like a reach, and NYU (not Stern) will be also a reach (maybe a little bit less of one). Your EC's are OK but they aren't amazing... more details would be nice: A summer business internship can be anything from being an office grunt for some faceless corportation to actually doing something meaningful, etc.

Ucb/ucla: Big Reach

Claremont Mckenna: i think its reach for you..
UCLA/UCB: i dont think its big reach...more than likely slight reach i think...
NYU : match...its not that hard to get in...if not stern..
