I'm very worried about physical because I lack in sports. I work out and exercise everyday, but I dont participate in any four year sports? ex) football or basketball?
I can run a mile from 6 to 630min (slow i know) and do little more than 100 pushups in 2 min.

hpdesk: Your "stats" definately are strong enough to qualify you for admission to USMA. While participation in team sports is desirable, it's not manadatory. Complete your application and talk to a USMA admissions representative to see if they have any suggestions.

Looks pretty good to me. Apply and let the committee work its magic. Physically, your stats look decent. You will definitely not be the star athlete, but you still seem to be in decent shape.

100 push-ups in two minutes is not insane, just hard...I bet there are a few cadets who could do more than that whenever they are asked. Kudos to them. It is not required for the test though.

Gonna play devil's advocate and say that alot of CFA scores are kind of bogus. I doubt that pushups are counted to the Army standard when alot of PE teachers etc grade the test. I also wonder if many of the terrific stats posted on this forum are really posted because there is any doubt of being admitted, or to simply show off stats.

correct. I know CFA scores are bogus because last year, some people showed up to R-Day unable to do ONE pushup. And clearly, one pushup would have failed them on the PAE.

also. Some of these people and their 'stats' are so ridiculous in their overachievement, they're probably just beating off while listing their accomplishments.

i did my overnight during the APFT, heres what i remember hearing: "recount number one, recount number one, rigid body number one, recount number one."
