chances of acceptance and merit scholarships

Looking at WashU, Claremont McKenna, UPenn, UC Berkeley, USC, NYU, Case Western. I think this is a balanced list that matches my profile. Most of these schools have merit scholarships, and I'm interested in not only knowing my chances of acceptance but also my chances at receiving any merit money.

white male from competitive public high school in california (98% graduate and attend college)
intended business/computer science double major (I'll be applying as a business major, and, if given the opportunity, will indicate this intention)

ACT: 33 Composite: 35 English, 35 Math, 34 Reading, 29 Science, 12 Essay, 35 Combined English/Writing
SAT II's (I plan on only submitting these scores with the UC app): 740 Math 2C, 680 Physics

HS GPA ~ 3.92 UW/4.1 W (3 B+'s, two of which came from a very difficult teacher who will be writing an excellent recommendation)
My HS doesn't provide numerical ranks, but does report decile- I should be in the first decile. My actual ranking (though it doesn't matter) is lower than that of other people who have earned the same grades in the same classes, because band counts in our academic GPA and ranking is done using weighted numbers.
All honors/ap classes except band (honors not weighted; weren't allowed to take ap's until junior year)

2 ap's taken this year (physics, computer science), 3 ap's planned for next year (chemistry, government, and european history). I will have taken the most rigorous courses in math (I was one of less than 10 juniors at my school to take calculus this year, and ap calculus isn't offered), science, and history.

EC's:
3 years german club, founder, president
2 years model united nations, numerous awards, vice secretary general (couldn't be secretary general as I was president of german club)
4 years marching band, 3 years jazz band at an award-winning school (we were ranked as one of the 7 best music departments in the country). section leader in concert band my freshman year.
3 years environmental club, member

college GPA ~ 3.89 (5 A's, 1 B+)
26 units to date (4 semesters german, 2 semesters calculus)
+ 10 units in the fall (microeconomics, freshman english composition, and calculus 3)
+ 12 units planned for the spring
= 48 units by high school graduation

member of phi theta kappa and alpha gamma sigma honor societies

Good numbers. EC's will sting at the super selective schools.

UPenn (I assume Wharton): reach
NYU Stern: match / slight reach
UC Berkeley: match in-state; slight reach out of state
WashU: match / slight reach
Claremont McKenna: match
USC: safe match
Case Western: safe match

everything looks good except for UPenn
