Chances of acceptance?

I wonder what my chances of being accepted to UCLA/Hastings/Boalt/USC/Loyola/Pepperdine would be, given my background.

I went to Berkeley, majored in Rhetoric. GPA is 3.29.
I haven't taken the LSAT yet, but average a score of 167 on all the practice tests i've taken so far. I am gonna take the Kaplan course and hopefully will get it around 170.

Here's the wildcard in all this, i'm 28 and right out of college i went to Europe and played professional sports for 4 years, so i'm a little older. I have since returned and have been working for a nonprofit that produces affordable housing for low-income families for a year and a half. Basically, i'm not sure how this all looks. Some say it will look good to have taken a different path, others think it won't.

Anyways, could anyone guess my chances of getting into the schools above with my background?

I appreciate any input. Thanks!

The LSAC will provide you official estimates with their LSAC Data Search function.

In the order that you provided, with a 167, your probabilities (as %'s) are approximately:
15/60/0/30/90/90

With a 3.29 you'll probably have some issues with Boalt (They are big on GPAs there) but I don't know how they deal with people with WE like that

I PM'd you.
