Chances of admission to Electrical Engineering and Engineering Honors. Appreciate all feedback,

Hi I’m a rising senior from Texas. Now that it’s time to apply to colleges I’m a bit nervous and I’d appreciate any feed back yall have. Thanks again.

I’m planning to apply to EE/Computer Engineering (first choice) and Computer Science.

SAT: 2150 (730 Reading, 710 Math, 710 Writing)
SAT II: 2330 (790 Math Level 2, 780 Chemistry, 760 Physics). Does UT consider these?
ACT: 32 (34 Math, 33 Reading, 31 Writing, 30 Science)
AP scores: 5’s for Chemistry and Physics 1&2. 4 for APUSH and 3’s for Comp Sci, WHAP and English (planning to retake Comp Sci)
Senior Schedule: AP Physics C, Honors Organic Chemistry (Sophmore level University course), AP Comp Sci 2, AP Seminar, AP Macro Econ, AP French 4(have done 4 years of the language), and AP Calc BC.
GPA: UW: 4.00 W:4.32
Class rank: non ranking high school
Will take 14 AP Classes by the time I graduate (9 Honors) with an emphasis on STEM(lots of math and sciences)
Ethnicity: Indian (dot not feather)
Family income: $200000+

Extracurriculars:
Member of NHS and local community club (not an officer or anything). Officer in local school stock club.
Relay for life team founder. The team is a bronze level team and has raised over $10,000 over 5 years.
Hospital Intern at local hospital only 40 hours so far.
ILPC Journalism Awards for Individual Multi-Topic spreads (2 of them)
AP Scholar with distinction (over 3.85 average AP score needed)
National Merit Scholar Commended (208 PSAT)
Helped set up the technology systems (all the hardware and such) at a rural school in India and set up all the security systems too. (My aunts school)

College Essays:
Pretty good. Wrote about my internship at a Fortune 500 company and all that I learned.

One last thing. I’m pretty happy with my SAT (already submitted) but I’m retaking my ACT in October. Should I submit my first ACT and my new one too? (My practice ACT’s have been ranging from 34-35, leaning towards 35)

Thanks for reading, Hook 'em!

I think your chances are excellent. Engineering only considers Math and writing on the SAT and only Math and writing (combination of essay and English) on the ACT. My daughter is a sophomore EE/Computer engineering major at UT. Her school only ranks top 10 percent and she wasn’t even close. She maybe would have made top 25 percent. 750 Math 660 Writing SAT and 32 Math 31 Writing ACT. 710 Math2 SAT subject. 8AP classes. Being a girl helps but your stats are a lot better than hers.

Thanks for your reply, I really appreciate it!
