Chances of being admitted into Northeastern University

Hi! I’m currently a senior in high school and I applied to Northeastern as a first year undergraduate. I applied to the pre-pharmacy track.

Personal Profile: White, Immigrant, reside in New Jersey

GPA: 5.1 Weighted/ 3.8 UW out of a 4.0 scale
SAT: 1490
ACT: Didn’t take

I have been enrolled in 8 AP courses throughout the span of my high school career, in addition, I am a part of 6 clubs (I am the president of two), I am in 5 honor societies, I played 2 sports throughout high school (tennis and track), I participate in Big Brother Big Sister, Peer Transitions, a Anti-Bullying organization and I also attend as many events in order to gain community service hours.

Awards: NHS, NEHS, Language Honor Society, Math Honor Society, History Honor Society, Varsity Awards (tennis/track)

I was just wondering what my chances are for getting accepted to Northeastern considering my academic experience, thank you!

It’s hard to say based on your weighting system, but it looks like Northeastern is a match school. Nothing more can really be said for sure. Good luck!

I would say likely accept.

You’re applying RD II? I think it would seriously increase your chances. NE has for the first time this year added a second ED round and I think this will lower chances for EA and RD applicants.
