Chances of getting accepted as a transfer student....

Hi everybody. I'm planning on transferring out of the community college I attend to (hopefully) one of the following schools for physics.......

University of Chicago
University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign
Cornell University
(I have a bigger list but those are the main ones)

Here is what my transcript looks like..... (I have yet to take my SAT's)

Linear Algebra (Class isn't finished, most likely a C but possibly a B, <--- What a bummer, this semester I also had calc 3 which is done now, and physics, so I had a heavy workload, might retake it to redeem myself)
Vector Calc (will get an A)
Calc 1,2,3 A
Physics-Mechanics A Calc-Based
Physics Pre-calc based with a broader range of topics. A
Honors Bio A (The paper I wrote for that class is in the anthology of outstanding writing at my school)
Honors Astronomy 1,2 A
Honors English 1 A
History A
Pre-calc 1,2 A

Other facts about myself,
-I'm in my mid 20's (went back to school later than most)
-In the honors scholar program
-Musician (guitar, drums, bass, sing, self taught recording engineer)
-I build amplifiers (for my recording arsenal, self taught)
-I do astrophotography and photography when I have time
-I turned down a high paying job of which could of bought me a house down the line etc. to go back to school, and be broke.
-I do math for fun ( but I think a lot of people do that, ha)
-I am a very, very, very hard worker.
-I almost did not graduate high school (since I didn't care 10 years ago)

I forgot to mention I had a withdrawl last semester in the Calc-based physics course I have an A in currently due to faculty issues.
