Easies: good? lol
Legacy: Kind of? uncle went to Stern and received his MBA degree there
Scholarship: no

UC’s don’t accept letter of recs from previous experience, but other universities probably do. Anyway, your SAT score is above average, good extracirrcs, and your unweighted GPA is alright as well… I would say you have a good chance at the mid tier UCs(UCD/UCSB/UCI) but UCSD/UCLA/UCB would be a reach.

UCR/UCM/UCSC are solid match schools. UCI/ UCD/UCSB are match to high match schools.
UCSD/UCLA/UCB would be reach schools based on GPA and SAT scores.
You have very good EC’s which can boost your chances. UCB will accept LOR’s this year but by invitation only.
