Chances of getting in as transfer if I got waitlisted in my last application?

So I was wondering what are my chances of getting in as a transfer if I got waitlisted for the application for the class of 2021. I would truly love to join Columbia for the class of 2021 and am reapplying.

As a sophomore transfer they will look at your high school record and test scores in addition to first semester college GPA. Not many transfer students are admitted.
