I am a white male New Jersey resident and I am interested in Binghamton. I plan on majoring in business, specifically finance/accounting.

My EC's are:
FBLA 11, 12 (webmaster)
DECA 12

I have been a basketball referee since 9th grade and have refereed many games each year. (I have an essay written on this topic but would need to scal it down from about 3100 characters to 200 characters)

I was also a camp counselor the past 2 summers.

My GPA is a 3.71 (An A is a 4.3, not 4.0)
My rank is 99/445 (Top 25%)

My SAT scores are:
Math- 660 Reading- 450 Writing- 610
1110/1600
1720/2400

What would you say my chances are?

Anyone have any thoughts?

I would really like some input on this.

The reading score is way too low. I would suggest prepare and retake the SAT. I believe you still have time.

Bing might be a semi reach for you. I agree with the above poster.. try to raise your rank and SAT scores.

the binghamton school of management (the school u applied/are applying for) is the most competitive school on campus to gain admission... u really need to shoot for a 1300 or above on the SAT (29 or above on the ACT) to gain admission... also out of state is harder to gain admission because binghamton is mostly composed of in-state students...

Bing might be a reach for you since your reading score is really low and you dont really have any extra curricular activities compared to many other applicants, Bing might be a reach for you due to the reading score and the EC's
