I (a soon-to-be freshman at UMCP who went to a school which sends about 1/4 of each graduating class to college park) think you have an extremely high chance of getting in. Even if you don’t get into Clark, you’ll be put into letters & sciences (undeclared major), so all you have to do is take the same classes you would have taken in Clark and apply again next year. But I don’t think you’ll have that problem. I know people with 3.2 GPAs and 1700s who got in (then again, I know someone with a 3.8 and 2200 who inexplicably got rejected). My brother got into the business school with a 3.2 and a 2000.
I don’t know why one person said they don’t look at subject test scores. They, like every college, look at everything you send them. The only worrisome thing is that your SAT reading is your lowest score. College Park uses the old math+cr, which for you is under 1200. You may wish to retake the SAT (it’ll help your chances at any other colleges, too!), but I think you’re fine either way.
