Chances of getting in?

I am a junior at a 4A school in Washington (state). I want to attend Washington State. I've slacked this year and have a downward trend in my GPA.

Here are my credentials as of now
-UW GPA: 3.1

-AP classes: English and Psych

-Honor classes every year except as a freshman

-Dual Credit at local community college (15 credits, 3 classes)
*4.0 at Pierce Community college

-Competed in DECA (deca.org) for my business class and went to STATE :]

-SAT: CR:600
M:440
W:540
Total:1580
*It was my first time taking the SAT last May. I did not study at all. Of course, I am taking it again in the fall. I plan to study all summer. I know I can obtain at least an 1800.

-ACT: taking next week
*I've been studying for the past month and I am foreseeing a score in the high 20's (maybe a 28 or 29).

-Community service: many experiences (counselor for a 5 day summer camp at local church, volunteered at McChord Air Force Base, worked at a fun run at my high school, and a day at a soup kitchen)

-Sports at high school:
9th: football, track (no letters)
10th: football, basketball, track (no letters)
11th: cross country, track (LETTERED in cross country)

During the summer:
-Working a job at McChord AFB (5 days a week, 8 hours a day)
*Great pay: $14.04/hour :]
-Studying for SAT and possibly ACT
-Summer AP assignments
-Searching for scholarships

Senior year:
-Two AP classes (Gov and Lit)
-Business III, Spanish IV (college credit at UW), Pre-Calc, Personal Finance, and Ceramics
-More community service
-Re-take of SAT
-Should compete at DECA State and hopefully Nationals
-Running cross country and track

Other stuff: I want to major in business (sports management). I am of three distinct ethnic groups (Panamanian, Chinese, Caucasian). I have lived in 5 different countries because my Dad was in the Air Force (Panama, Turkey, Guam, Bahrain, and Germany -- 6 if you count the U.S.). Lastly, I am semi involved with my church.

That is all I can come up with from the top of my head. I know my grades suck. I had a 3.5 before this year but I became lazy. So I do have a downward trend. I really hope the colleges look at my diversity, because it is something I can really offer. I am also interested in ROTC.

So with that all said, what are my chances of getting into WSU? And any other colleges I should look at? (I want to major in business). Any other advice at all??

Thanks!

You'll easily get in, might get a scholarship too.

Really?

EASLILY?? Haha!

I doubt I'll get a scholarship, but that would be amazing.

Is there any chance I could get rejected though?

By scholarship, I mean $1000 for 2 years or $2000 for 2 years.

I doubt there's a chance you can rejected. If you bomb your personal statement, then yes you will.

Oh ok. Gottcha. So like small scholarship maybe for community service or something.

Are you applying at WSU, too?

Nope, I'm a student at WSU.

Sick! Do you like the college?

What about Pullman in general?

And what do you plan on majoring in?

One last question: Which Residince Hall should I live in? Or should I try to get in a frat house?

Thanks for helping me out, bro.

Pullman's ok. I'm a Neuroscience major.

Sports management...You should check out Streit-Perham, Scott Coman, and your third choice doesn't really matter.. Don't join a frat your freshman year.
