Rutgers is easy to get in…if ur NJ resident and a good kid in high school…u have 80% to get in

Apply early. Then send in a packet with an intro letter (how you love the school, blah, blah, blah), a couple letters of recommendation, even a couple essays and a resume. Show them you want to get in there, and point out your strengths. You should have no problem.

Wait is that packet extra? Or recommended… or something optional that I should do that you’re telling me to do?

alongwait is exaggerating a bit, lol.

But, do apply early (or at least before the December 1st priority deadline). Maybe only two letters of recommendation. The personal statement (it’s optional, but just do it anyway) to point out your strengths and how you think you Rutgers is a good place for you in terms of your academics, and what they offer that you like, etc.

I’m just saying that if you are worried about getting in there, do some extra stuff to show your seriously interested. Can’t ever hurt your chances.
