I really want to be a Philosophy Professor. It just seems like the perfect fit for me. However I hear you need to be in really well known universities to get into a good program. If I get great grades, write great papers, do a lot of outside work is it possible for me to still get in? I’m planning on getting my associate degree in ECU and hopefully I’ll transfer to UNC for last 2 years.
Regardless of school, your job prospects are quite limited.
I’m aware of that, if I feel like I don’t stand out enough after 4 years, I’m going into law school.
Uh, have you looked at employment prospects for recent law school graduates?
I’m planning on a top 20 law school.
I know someone who got into Columbia and Georgetown grad school from GMU. It all depends on how well you do at UNC.
