Chances of: Getting into ANY grad school for Psych (therapy) or Social Work...

Long story short, I had a pretty negative academic record my Freshmen and Softmore years of college (extenuating circumstances). I am now considering entering a Bachelor's of Psychology program at Wayne State University; I would expect to graduate with just over a 3.0 GPA. The intention of this would be to get into a Master's program that will ultimately allow me to practice therapy. So...

Are there indeed Master's programs that I can CERTAINLY get into with this GPA that will ultimately allow me to practice therapy? (I'm assuming an MSW would be my best bet, which I have no issue with.) What might these programs be? Assuming these are "lower end" programs, with this affect my goal of doing therapy (or of doing other work, if I had an MSW for instance) in any substantial way? Other than getting the best grades possible, what should I do to make absolutely certain I get in?

Thanks a lot!

If nothing else, where might be the best place to go for this information? Thanks.
