Without more information, I would have to say that your chances are somewhat lower than the acceptance rate (which is ~30%) given that your ACT is just south of the BC median (32) and your UW GPA seems a bit lower than average (although they don’t disclose average GPA given how variable they are across the country).

BC, like many schools, will initially look at your academic profile, (gpa, sat, act) to determine if you can handle the workload. If your numbers determine you can, then they move on to the more important parts of your application (e.g. the rest of your application) to determine if you’re a match and fit for the incoming class.
