Chances of getting into Caltech/MIT and UChicago?

ACT - 32 composite (34 science and math)
SAT Chem - 770
SAT Math II - 780
Unweighted GPA - 3.95
Weighted GPA - 4.6
SO AP Classes - AP Government (5)
JR AP Classes - AP Chem, AP Language (just took this year so don't know scores yet)
SR AP Classes - AP Lit, AB or BC Calc (signed up for BC but might drop down), AP Psych, AP Economy

For EC's I'm a member of the Science National Honors Society, National Honors Society, participate in our school's technology pathway, I've been offered D1 for volleyball but would rather go to an academically strong D3 school (like Cal or MIT or UChicago), and I play beach/sand vball for fun

Unfortunately, while your statistics are good, your extracurricular activities are not very impressive - they are generally considered sub-par for universities of that caliber. You have taken difficult (relatively) courses, which is good (why are you dropping to AP Calculus AB? BC obviously is a more challenging course and will increase your chances). I would say you are academically qualified but you have nothing outstanding in your application (most applicants to those universities have similar statistics) so your chances are only decent.

Caltech - high reach
MIT - high reach
UChicago - midreach
