Hi everyone, I was just looking for some opinions on whether or not I would have a strong chance of gaining admission to NC State or Chapel Hill? I have a GPA of a 3.48 unweighted and 4.04 weighted currently. My freshman year GPA screwed up my whole GPA because I had a lot of b's, but every year since my grades have been improving. I have taken all honors courses since freshman year & I'll have a total of 5 AP classes by the time I graduate, with 3's and 4's on the tests. My class rank is in the top 15%.My SAT score is an 1880, (1280 composite). My extracurricular activities is where I really shine though. I have been an officer of the Spanish Club at school for 3 consecutive years, 2 years as a representative officer & my senior year as President. I have been apart of National Honors Society for 2 years and I'm the Project Coordinator officer this year. I've played on the women's varsity golf team for 2 years (I'm not very good though). Also, I have been an officer of FCCLA club for three years. 1 year as a representative officer and 2 years as the Vice President. I have worked a job for 2 years. I have also been apart of a community service club outside of school that gives me tons of volunteer service opportunities. Lastly, for the last 4 years I have volunteered every school year and summer at the public library. I plan local events for the teen community there as well. I am planning on pursuing a business degree of some sort. Please let me know what you think of my chances!

this very much depends on where you live. If you are in-state, you will probably get into NC state and maybe Chapel Hill but out of state, chapel hill would be a reach and nc state would be a high match

I’m in state so I’ll keep my fingers crossed! Thank you!!!
