Chances of getting into NYU AND UPENN!!!

I am a 1st semester sophomore at Syracuse University who is majoring in political science. I have a college GPA of 3.792. I would like to know what are my chances at getting into UPENN or NYU?

You have very decent college GAP, however, the most of classes you've taken and the one you're currently taking aren't exactly the most challenging class Syracuse has to offer. Too many intro and 100s level classes. Most of the info I've read on transferring to top schools mention "a challenging curriculum" to be competitive. SAT is less than stellar, but you're junior transfer so that might not play a big role. Your EC is decent, but nothing stand out. Do you have a legitmate reason to transfer? A good reason is half the battle.

NYU is a reach
UPenn is in outer space.
