dont take 1c

its never impressive

take 2c

Should I take a Math subject test at all? I think it is good to submit 4-6 subject tests, and I am currently in accelerated trigonometry (Math B). What are suggestions on subject tests?

impressive ECs, impressive classes

good scores

i think you'll get into your desired colleges

i think its always good to take math subject tests

but
those schools wont be looking for an underacheiver who takes 1c
they want 2c

and u dont need to take so many subject tests

and
i think u have a great shot at all of those

good chances on all three

i would also say take IIC not IC and i would assume from your SATs that your math must not be too weak... you really need to get close to an 800 for a IC to stand out and getting even just one problem wrong can immediately bump you down to a 780 whereas you can skip a few and get a couple wrong without any effect on your IIC score. i have never come across a school that needed more than 3 SAT IIs and most only 2 so you may not need as many as you are taking. however, i would recommend that you include a math test as one of them and then mix up the others. try to show different telents and skills. for example, try to take a math, a science, and a history.

btw, i am a current senior accepted ED at dartmouth if that helps. i took IIC, US history and bio as my SAT IIs and got mid 700s on all three. my SATs were 2280. so you look good to me... good luck!
