I just finished up my junior year in New York, and I'm in the process of visiting colleges. I really love Penn State University Park but I'm not sure I am smart enough to get in. I want to go into business management.

My overall high school GPA so far is 3.8 weighted. 3.6 unweighted.
I took my SAT's and I am so concerned about this because I'm not a great test taker.
570 Critical Reading
550 Writing
490 Math
I have always been weak in math.
My ACT composite was a 25.

My school doesn't offer AP but I have been in several college level courses already. I try to keep the rigor of my classes as high as my school offers. I am only 24th in my overly competitive and smart class of about 100, so that also worries me.

I have been swimming since I was five and on varsity for six years. I am captain this year.

Other things:
Spanish Club - Secretary
Lions Club - Vice President
Chorus - Member all years of high school
Volunteered to help coach swim team
Worked at banquet place for 5 years
Part Time Student Deans List for taking the college courses through my school
Lifeguard in the summer and winter months
Volunteer with the community through my clubs
Member of Youth Board for local bank - Works with marketing teens

Do I have a chance at all or what? I plan on retaking my SAT's this fall so I can hopefully get my dreaded math score up.
