Chances of getting into these schools for MS/MEng or Ph.D?

Hello,

I go to the University of Washington, and I'm going to be graduating with a BSc in Materials Science and Engineering next June (2014). I was wondering, with the following specs (I haven't taken the GREs yet but will be taking them in July) what are my chances of getting into a master's program or PhD program for Materials Science in the following schools?

Specs:
GPA: cumulative 3.2, major 3.7
Extracurriculars: SWE (society of women engineers), KERAMOS (ceramics fraternity), Phi Sigma Rho national engineering sorority. I am an officer of two of these clubs and am new to the other one.
Research: 1.5 years experience in research with OPVs (organic photovoltaics)
Recommendation letters: my PI and one of my professors whose class I 3.9ed will most likely give me recs, as well as my academic adviser.

Potential schools:
UCSB (MSc/MEng)
UW (MSc/Phd)
UT Austin (MSc)
Penn State (MSc)
UBC Vancouver (MSc/PhD)
Colorado School of Mines (MSc/MEng)
Arizona State University (MSc/PhD)
UC Riverside and UC Irvine are both back up schools

What are my chances of getting financial aid and/or scholarships? And which schools are way out of my league and I shouldn't bother trying for them? Also, keep in mind that I'm an international student. If anyone has experience and/or stories they want to share, please feel free!
