That link also has my college/high school stats on there if you guys need to take a look.
- Although I got a positive answer, I don't think that I would have a chance getting in as a sophomore(for various reasons) so I guess my only hope is getting into UCR (didn't apply anywhere else besides those two unis btw).

Based on my statistics, what chance do you guys think I have at getting into UCR(as a sophomore)?

don't hesitate to blabber on if you guys have to. I need all the support I can get

You have an excellent chance for UC Riverside (and also at UC Irvine) based upon your excellent results during your first year at Texas A&M--Corpus Christie.

As a California resident, you will get preference for transfer to a UC as long as you meet the deadline date (which I think is January 31st). You will not have preference over those tranferring from a community college or from another UC, but for UC Riverside that shouldn't matter at all--and for UC Irvine it is unlikely to make much of a difference.

Thank you for your insightful message, I do really appreciate it. I talked to UC Irvine recently and they told me that I had to have at least 45 semester units by the time I get out of Corpus Christi which I won't since they don't count the IB credit that I got (27 total). I am only going to get about 37 or 38 by the end of the summer from A&M. In that case, UCR is my only hope of going back to California. Do you think its a whole lot or a little bit easier to get into that Irvine. And also if you can tell me why UCR is still accepting applications from transfer students when admission notification is about 2 months away!
