Chances of Getting Into UCSB, SDSU, UCSD, and UCI

I am going to become a senior this fall and these are my top 4 schools. I have a GPA of 3.9 which I believe is unweighted. I got a 1790 on my first attempt of the SATs. I am planning to take the ACTs twice this fall before applying but received a 27 on a practice ACT test without any prep. As far as classes go, by the time i graduate I will have taken 10 honors classes and 2 AP classes. I do not live in California. I was wondering what my chances are if anyone could help me out. Thanks in advance!

If you can get a good enough SAT/ACT score and that 3.9 is your unweighted GPA, then i think you’re good for all four. If it is your weighted and you get test scores up, then you’re a match for SDSU the most, then SB, then Irvine. UC San Diego will be the hardest to get into.
