Chances of getting into UF, Pepperdine, UM, Auburn, UCF, FSU, LMU, Brandeis?

Hey! I'm a junior in HS and I've been putting a lot of thought into where I want to apply to next year and so far I'm focused on these 8 universities (in order of where I want to go most):

Pepperdine University
University of Central Florida
Auburn University
Loyola Marymount University
Florida State University
University of Florida
Brandeis University
University of Miami

I've taken a look at the admissions requirements and statistics that are available online for each of these universities, but they all don't really tell me much. So I was hoping someone who has been accepted to either of these universities will tell me what they think my chances of admission are based on my stats.

*Unweighted GPA - 3.1
*Weighted GPA - 3.62
*I'm taking my SATs next month but my PSAT score from last year was about 1980 (my school hasn't given us our PSAT scores from this year yet)
*(should I take the ACTs?)
*So far, I've taken 3 AP exams (scores: 3, 4, 4)
*I'm currently taking one AP class (I'll definitely pass)
*I'm in the IB program so all my classes are rigorous

*I'm on the Speech & Debate team
----last year I was Recording Secretary; this year I'm Interpretation Captain & Recording Secretary; I'm pretty sure I'll be President (or Vice) next year
*I'm a member of Habitat for Humanity (so I do a considerable amount of volunteer work)

So, what do you think my chances are? Anything I should work on?

Thanks in advanced!

Your unweighted GPA needs improvement and you should take as many rigorous courses (e.g. AP) as you can. Take the SAT and ACT after preparation. Get your score and retake both after more preparation.

Apply EARLY to Florida State.
