Chances of getting into UNC

So it's junior year and anxiety about college admission is killing me. UNC has been my dream school for as long as I can remember and I want to do my best to make sure I have the best chance at getting in. I am an OOS student from Kansas, which sucks, and I know I have to be top of the line to be considered. I just need to know what other things I should be tackling to build and better my resume, and if I have a decent shot at applying.

ACT Math: 27
Science: 22
Reading:25
English:28
Composite: 26
English/Writing: 26
Writing: 8

I do plan on raising my ACT scores and reaching above a 30. I hope to take it again, along with a crash course, in the Spring once junior year courses have benefited me enough to raise my score. I took the writing because most coastal schools require it (?) and I figured I could use the practice. I do plan on taking the PSAT and SAT this fall also, since the SAT is supposed to be 50% mathematics, which tends to be my stronger subject.

4.14 Weighted GPA, 4.0 Not Weighted

*I volunteer through an organization in my city known as The Volunteer Connection.
*I am on the Volunteer Connection's Youth Advisory Council and have been for 4 years now. I am very passionate about this organization and have kept it alive over the years. We assess our community's needs and come up with youth led projects to address these needs.
*I have participated in writing numerous grants for the Volunteer Connection and actually received one this Spring for $2000, the max given, to aid a project I led through the council that worked with DVACK to give out care packages to those children in shelter who did not have basic needed necessities, and also to address childhood hunger in our community.
*I am on an council called the Youth Grant Makers Council, which is through my community's foundation. We are a non-profit who gives out grants to youth for have ideas for youth led projects that could better the community.
*I have volunteered at the hospital for 2 summers, the max you can do here, one at the pediatric center and the other on the oncology floor.
*I am a Big Sister through Big Brothers Big Sisters. An organization that sets up children who may not have an older mentor of their gender, or any gender, that can care for them and hang out with them and tutor them.
*I am editor of my school newspaper and very involved in the journalism department. I have been on staff for 3 years now, and this year I took over from my older brother being editor in chief. I will be editor next year also. I have gone to regionals for journalism and placed 1st and 2nd each year in Cutline Writing and gone to state for those past two years.
*I have played on my school's girls tennis team since 7th grade.
*I have attended a conference called KYLS (Kansas Youth Leadership Summit) for the past 3 years. 1 as a camper, who went with my youth advisory council and came back with an action plan that we were able to implement in our community. KYLS promotes the use of safety belts, and discourages texting and driving and underage drinking; Almost in the sense of what SADD's ideals teach. For the past two years I have been a youth leader, and have gotten to lead some awesome groups to come up with action plans to bring to their communities. I also help teach them attributes of a leader, and how to work together as a team.
*I worked at McDonald's and gained a lot of information about the real world from June 2011- February 2012, and resigned so I could focus more on my volunteer work. I am going to job seek again after tennis season is over.
*As stated above, I am a 2 year 4.0 student, and academic letterer.
*I will be completing three 'career pathways' (taking specific classes within a type of career, basically) with honors (25 volunteer hours per pathway along with 4 semesters of any AP class) as my high school calls them, and get pretty little cords for all of them!

I plan on applying for National Honors Society, which I believe I have a 99.9% chance of getting into.
I will be a pre-med major! Not that they look at major choice for undergrads on admissions....? But I have a huge passion for medicine and children, and I hope to work in pediatrics or obstetrics of some sort.
