Hi I'm new to this website so i don't really know how to do this so bear with me! Can anyone tell me my chances of getting into either USC or UCLA or both!?

i am an out-of-state resident (i live in new york)-but i hear that this might be to my advantage now when applying to a UC school since California needs the out-of-state tuition. Is this valid?
for UCLA my scores stand as:
28-ACT composite
720-Bio SATII
i havent taken the math SATII yet.
5 on AP bio exam
4 on AP english exam
freshman year my gpa was a 4.3-out of 4.6
sophomore year my gpa was a 4.3-out of 4.6
junior year my gpa was a 4.2-out of 4.6

The only difference for applying to USC would be that since it uses the common app and it superscores the ACT my new ACT composite would be a 32.

my volunteer work is that i have volunteered at a hospital for one summer and this summer i am volunteering at a children's center. I have been involved in various dance benefits for causes such as Dancer's responding to AIDS and Groove With Us-helping underprivileged dancers. I dance competitively for a dance company and that takes up most of my time outside of school. I was also chosen to be a Peer Leader this year which shows leadership.

Do you think i have any chance of getting into either of these schools? i know that both are extremely selective and my ACT score is not very strong.
