Chances of getting into Vanderbilt

Hello. I was just wondering if I could get a chance reply for Vanderbilt. If you are reading this, and have any knowledgeable information on the subject, go ahead and reply! I'm not afraid of the truth. All replies are greatly appreciated.

I am currently a high school senior:
•31 ACT
•4.23 Weighted GPA
•Have taken every available AP class at my high school (one of the tops in the area)
•5 on the AP Language and Composition Test
•Volunteered at a local hospital every week over the summer (plan for a biology major)
•Volunteered at my local church's vacation bible school
•National Honor Society member
•Made it to state competition for DECA( A marketing class) last year

But here's my hook: I own a piano teaching business. I rent out a room at a local music store and teach 19 students of all ages everything, whether it be sheet music to advanced scales. Hopefully this separates me from the average Joe. If anybody wants to add whether or not owning a business like this REALLY affects my résumé as well, I would love to know. I don't know if this REALLY REALLY makes me stand out, or not. Any replies would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Your ACT and GPA are a too low for Vanderbilt, so your essays have to be amazing and really emphasize that piano teaching business

Low Reach. What’s your UW GPA? Your ACT is a tad low…Vandy’s average is like 32-34 or something close to that. None of the extracurriculars stand out unless you’ve been honored in them? Good hook…elaborate on that in your essay! If you’re able to retake ACT/SAT IIs to make you a more academic candidate, that’d help. Otherwise, it’s a low reach.
