Ok, here goes:

4.0 GPA
2nd in class of 270
6 or 7 APs (Still trying to decide on the 7th one...I really don't want to take it - it's US Gov and Politics...but do you really think one AP will make that much difference?)
Grades of 4 or 5 on all AP tests so far
35 on ACTs
2030 on SATs

Varsity swimming 2 years
Model UN 2 years
National Honors Society
Sunday School teacher (kindergarten) 4 years
Girl Scouts 4 years, working on gold award

But here's the biggie - out of state, white female.
Do I have a good chance??? Thank you so much for your help.

I'd really appreciate any info/ideas! Thanks so much

I really think you have a great chance. Your 4.0 GPA w/ a tough courseload, plus 35 ACT is almost an immediate shoe-in. Sure, your ECs aren't, like, Ivy-quality or whatever. But I think the strength of your academics alone, provided you write good recs/essays will definitely give you a 90% chance, even OOS.

Good luck!

(W&M is a tight school...my mom is an alumnus...too small for me, but if that's what you are looking for in a school, you'll love it! The academics are excellent)

Also, don't underrate yourself Miss Salutorian :).

W&M is a phenomonal school; I'm sure you'll have a great time there.

I would just submit the 35 ACT (ignore the SAT). The only thing to be aware of is that females are at a significant disadvantage at W&M. The gender ratio is kept at a 1:1, and there are a lot more competitive female applicants. Regardless of this, you should be absolutely fine in gaining acceptance.
