Chances of graduate schools? Ivy Leagues...

Alright I do not want to make this too long, but id like to list my current "resume" and ask some questions, not just about chances but about different colleges and career choices too so bear with me.

I am a senior who has just graduated college. I graduated from a CSU with the following statistics.

GPA:

Freshman: 3.2
Sophomore: 3.8
Junior: 3.8
Senior: 3.8

I have a couple of jobs, some in my field of study (Engineering), some not in my field. They are mostly quick short term jobs.

I want to know, what I should consider doing. Is masters right for me? Or is MBA right for me? Or is there another path i should consider? I have a bachelors degree but I just dont know if I should start work immediately.

So my basic questions are:

If I were to work for several years, say about more than 4, and came back for an MBA, with the work experience and those grades, could I get into a high ranking college? Im aiming for a school like Harvard or Cornell. Even Stanford. Is it possible? I am yet to take the GMAT but I am confident I can score very well on it. I am aware it is out of 800, which I think I can easily make above a 750 (not fibbing at all).

Or should I continue to get a Masters in Engineering? How will those grades look to get in? If I am to proceed onto a Masters program it will have to be immediately. So any advice?
