Please list your major and whether you’re instate or not. Also, you a female and what is your ethnicity?
Depends what major and where you live. If you live in Illinois, then your chances are higher than someone living in another state with the same credentials as you. If you’re applying for a major such as EE or CS, you may have a tough time because UIUC is known for their EE and CS majors. Honestly, if you’re applying for some engineering major, I’ve noticed that volunteer and sports do not matter and the only things that matter are your GPA and ACT/SAT scores. Unless you’ve earned some nationally acknowledged volunteer award, doesn’t really help.
I want to get into Business and yes I do live Illinois.Im worried that my ACt and gpa is not up to their standards.
