What are my chances of getting into UIUC engineering?

I am going to be a senior in high school and was curious about my chances of getting Urbana-Champaign's College of Engineering. I heard it was very hard to get into. What are my chances? (I live in Illinois, by the way and am African American, if that helps.)

Gpa: Unweighted - 3.4, Weighted 3.7
AP courses Taken:
AP Gov-5
AP Econ-5
AP Literature and comp.-5
English honors 1 & 2

ACT composite-25 (math was my weakest)
Extracurriculars+Other

4 years on High school Bowling team
3 years on Track and Field team (long Distance)
2 years on Cross-Country
Art Club, Book Club, Computer technology Club, Creative Writing Club, FBLA, Key Club, member of school's literary magazine
55 hours of volunteer work/community service at bowling/track meets and Silver Cross Hospital.

Would an internship at somewhere computer science related help? That is what I'd like to major in.

(Please tell me if I'm missing anything or if you would like to know anything else to decide)

You have some excellent AP scores and great classes. It would have been great if you had any leadership positions in those numerous clubs that you participate in. You should try improving your ACT score to at least a 29. And if you’re an Illinois resident, you should have a good shot at making it. Good luck

For UIUC engineering, the admission average uw GPA is near 3.9 and the mid 50 ACT is 31-34. Obviously, the admission stat for engineering is much higher than the overall average. Being in-state and URM would definitely help, but you do need to bring up your ACT (with writing) score a lot.

GPA and ACT are way too low for a top moth engineering program like UIUC. You mentioned that math was your weakest section- that is not very encouraging if you’re looking to become an engineer.
