Chances of me getting into UT austin

Okay I apologize for all the threads I've started but I think I've FINALLY figured something out.
Under these circumstances what will my chances of getting into UT austin be?
SAT/ ACT scores 1700 at least and 26-27 at least
GPA at least 3.7 (I'm guessing unweighted? I'm still confused about weighted and unweighted so)
And most of my classes are AP (like maybe 1-2 not being AP)
And I am valedictorian? (keep in mind, I go to an extremely small school - less than 10 people, and there's only one girl in my grade now - I will be a junior this upcoming fall, but I am referring to senior year, so I don't know if being valedictorian will really matter since I come from such a small school)

I know things like extra curricular things, volunteer work, and the actual college application itself are also important.
But under those circumstances, are my chances high? Also can I take dual credit as well as AP, or is it a "one-or-the-other" type of thing? Which is better for UT austin?

You will need at least an 1800 to have a good chance if in state.

Okay well 1700 was just the least, as I am not sure how I will do. Does UT austin care for how many times you’ve taken the SAT? Like I know 3 times is usually the “max”
