Chances of MIT/Stanford/Berkeley ???

Hi, everyone. I am just having troubles assessing my ability into those programs.
I am a senior-year student in Civil Engineering in TAMU. I want to apply MIT/Stanford/Berkeley. I know these three are most prestigious and I just want to see my chance.

I want to apply M.S in structural engineering in MIT/Stanford/Berkeley.

1) Double Major in Civil Engineering and Applied Math. 3.95 GPA (4.0 in Math and Civil courses), 160 credits in four years. Averagly 19 or more credit hours per semester.
2) Two years of research experience; may have a paper published this year with the aid of my professor. Will Continue doing research for this year until graduate next May.
3) GRE 630 V / 800 M/ 3 AW, I think here is my weakest point, especially as an international student. Not so sure how Graduate school will judge my AW score ???

I am worried about my GRE AW score. Berkely will be my first choice if they admit me. what are my chances ??

Your profile looks great except for your AW score. I suspect that they will overlook it, especially since your GRE verbal is 630.

Those programs are highly competitive, even for an MS, but I think you have a shot.

Feel relieved to hear that. But how is about the funding opportunity for only a master degree ? There is no way that i go either one of them without funding. Their programs are way too expensive. Is it possible to find some company to support me ? I know it will be difficult for international student.

I heard that Stanford funding for MS is really bad, but the other schools should be fine. You have EXCELLENT stats. I am personally impressed, 630 verbal is very very good.
