Chances of transfer admission to Cornell, Brown, Dartmouth, or Columbia?

Hello! I'm a freshman at Colby College, but I'm already considering transferring to Cornell, Brown, Dartmouth, or Columbia. I applied to Colby early decision last year, but around April, when all my friends were going over their college choices, I really started to regret my decision. Colby was almost a safety for me, which I could tell by looking at my school's family connection graph, where I was nestled in a cluster of people who had been accepted to Colby based on GPA and SAT scores. The graph basically said I could easily get into Colby. I think I applied early decision because I wanted to guarantee my acceptance to Colby- even though I liked Brown just as much, if not more, than Colby, I didn't want to waste an opportunity to get into Colby by using my ED on Brown. Now I realize that was a huge mistake, because I'm honestly not that happy here. The students are snobby (not all, but most), there's a huge preppie population, and there's a large degree of apathy on campus. I'm a hippie, so I care a lot about environmentalism and human rights. It seems like there's only a handful of other kids like me here, though, so I want to go somewhere with more motivated, passionate students. That's why I want to transfer to an ivy league school, although I know my chances aren't that good.

Here are my stats:
White girl from central Jersey

APs: 6 (language, literature, us government, statistics, calculus ab, environmental science)
Scores: 5 on stats and language, 4 on calculus and environmental science (I didn't take the tests for the other 2, since Colby wouldn't accept the scores for them)
High school GPA: 3.9 weighted (but sophomore through senior year it was a 4.0)

SAT: (superscored)
2110
720 math
690 critical reading
700 writing

Clubs in high school:
French club (treasurer), junior and senior year
Environmental club, junior and senior year
Model World Health Organization, sophomore and junior year
NHS, junior and senior year

I'm also a National Merit Commended Scholar.

Job:
I've worked on an organic farm for the past three summers (before junior, senior, and freshman year)

Volunteering:
volunteered at a cat shelter for 2.5 years (sophomore and junior, and some of senior)
some trail work

Clubs at Colby:
Environmental Coalition
Paw Pals (volunteering at an animal shelter)
Outing Club (I hope to become an officer)
Organic Gardening Club
French Club
EcoReps (hopefully, one student from each dorm tells everybody to be eco-friendly and stuff, but I haven't officially started the club yet, because someone else from my dorm might do it)
Mountaineering Club
Amnesty International
Students for a Free Tibet
Four Winds (Native American group, even though I'm not actually Native American)

I probably won't do all these clubs, but they're the ones I'm signed up for.

I haven't been at school here long enough to know my GPA yet, but hopefully I can get a 3.8 or 3.9. I'm taking Principles of Microeconomics, Intro Bio, Cultural Anthropology, and Chinese Philosophy. I plan on being an Environmental Science major, so I would apply to the Cornell CALS. I'm very passionate about conservation and environmentalism, which I hope to make clear in my application essays. Also, if you don't think I have a good chance of getting into any of the Ivies, do you have any other suggestions? Thanks so much!
