Chances of transfering to UF as an out of state

<p>I go to suffolk community college in long island, ny and have a 3.4 gpa and trying to raise it to higher than a 3.5 by the end of next semester while when transfering i will be bringing an associates degree. I really want to go to the university of florida but the transfering pertains to florida colleges. Is there any possible way I can get in or they will consider me???</p>
